Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Alicia Turner, PT, DPT

Alicia earned her Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Florida, and then earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  

Alicia has worked in multiple patient care settings, including outpatient orthopedics and inpatient skilled nursing.  Most recently, Alicia has been working in ergonomics consulting, conducting safety assessments and providing injury prevention education.  

     

 She has a passion for prevention, working upstream to identify risk factors and prevent injuries.  She also has a passion for working with older adults.  

 

Alicia loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, and explore the great outdoors.  She is married to her best friend, and together they have 3 children that bring them great joy!

Chief Clinical Officer
Jannette Reynolds, PT, MPT

Jannette is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis, where she earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.  Jannette created and directed several physical therapy clinics in Indiana, and taught for the Physical Therapy Program at Central Michigan University.      

 

In 1998, she relocated to North Carolina and has been working full time as an outpatient PT in the Triangle area.

     

Her 36 years of clinical experience have been fueled by a passion to assist others to achieve confident, independent, extended living in their homes with more efficient function.

     

Jannette enjoys the outdoors-- hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening. Her passions include spending time with friends and family, and helping others simplify and organize their space for joyful living.
