Hello!

​For over a decade, I have been partnering with companies to reduce recordables, improve safety engagement, and improve productivity.  My experience spans many industries, including mining, manufacturing, and construction.

I strive to foster a culture of safety, personal empowerment, and continuous improvement.  My heart is for people to move better, feel better, and thrive personally and professionally.

My undergraduate education was at the University of Florida, and I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  I worked clinically for years and was frustrated by working downstream, being limited by insurance companies, and not being able to make a difference until after someone was hurt.

 

I decided to make a change, and Modify was born.
